Texas Tech has fired coach Candi Whitaker. Assistant coach Shimmy Gray-Miller will be interim coach for the remainder of the season.

Dubuque coach Justin Smith grabbed the wheel of the team bus and stopped it after the driver passed out while they were on the road.
