The Women’s Sports Foundation has just released its newest report on sexism in sport, called “Beyond X’s and O’s: Gender Bias and Coaches of Women’s College Sports.”

  3. Female coaches have less of a voice than male coaches
  4. There are gender differences in job security and fair treatment
  5. Gender bias and Title IX are still the “third rail”
  6. There are unequal resources between men’s and women’s teams
  7. There is concern around expressing racial discomfort
  8. Concerns about homophobia remain visible
  9. There are intersections between gender differences and sexual orientation
