Expecting the unexpected

Last season we saw a lot of parity. This season we still see that, but we’re also witnessing more than a few teams in that development phase. They’re not newbies and they’re not vets: they’re right in the middle of construction. They win, then they lose, up and down like an EKG.

But it’s still too early to make any conclusions.

Things that make you go hmmm:

Arizona beat Kansas, 67-52.

Tulsa topped Arkansas, 74-67.

Tulane slipped past LSU, 67-63.

Utah Valley bettered San Francisco, 94-88.
