Winding down the regular season

Cal and Stanford both won today, meaning they share the Pac-12 title. That’s pretty big news here in the West.

The Pac-12 Tournament begins Thursday.

Connecticut and Notre Dame each won, which gives the Irish a share of the Big East title.

Green Bay won their 19th consecutive game, and Baylor smashed yet again.

On the upset tip:

Villanova took down #22 Syracuse in triple overtime, 77-75.

TCU tipped #23 Iowa State, 61-58.

  1. Before UofA, Joan Bonvicini coached the Long Beach State 49ers for 12 seasons. They played in the two Final Fours that were held in Tacoma (87 & 88).
